Return Policy

If you would like to return for your purchase, please contact us first. Once your return is approved, we will issue return authorization number and return form. Please send back your return with the authorization number and the return form. We DO NOT ACCEPT any returns if you do not follow these steps.

Online credit will be issued to all approved returns. There are NO REFUNDS.

Return and Exchange requests on full priced merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt, the items must be in a complete original packaging; UNOPENED and UNUSED because of hygienic reason. Shipping fee is non refundable. Approved returns will be given online credit and exchanges will be honored at the shipping expense of the customer. Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. All sale purchases are final sale. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case, an online shop credit will be issued.

After your approved returns or exchanges items are arrived by mail, you will receive a confirmation email from us for exchanges or R’s Eyelash Design online credit. Exchanges and credit process may take up to 2 weeks. The online credit is valid for a year from the date of issue. It cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits will be issued based on the date of return approval. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, we strongly recommend you to use a trackable shipping service. All return shipment must be prepaid. We are not responsible for any packages not received.

Return shipping charges will only be credited or refunded due to errors and discrepancies of R’s Eyelash Design online shop (Up to the price of UPS Ground). We cannot process returns and exchanges for online orders at our salon. You can only return or exchange the merchandise via mail.
